Growing up I always went to discos with my dad who has been DJing since he was 16. As I got older I started doing more and more. I went with him to various types of night's weddings, birthdays and parties. Doing this gave me experience behind the decks and also with the different types of music.

When I was at school I did my first disco, on my own at the age of 11 and from there I kept doing more school discos for the rest of the time I was at school. When I was 17 myself and two friends of mine decided to start DJing properly. We already had equipment (my dads) so it was just a case of getting some bookings. We did a lot of kids parties this helped the three of us build up our confidence. As the bookings kept coming in we put the money we had earnt towards our own set up.

At first we got a very basic set up, this was because we didn't really need anything more. We had Numark decks a 400watt amp and speakers and a few good lights. After having this for around a year we decided it was time to firstly upgrade our sound system to a 1000 watt amp and speakers. A month later we got some more lights and an apple I pod.

The next step we took was with an agency, at first we didn't get loads of work but after two months or so we had loads. We continued to do this for awhile also doing personal bookings and regular work at a hotel. We still work for the agency and do personal bookings and even still do the kids parties that we first started with.

And now here we are setting up this site to give agencies and DJ's a place on the internet to get work from, buy new and used equipment and exchange their stories. This site we give the pubic a source to find a DJ and venue for any occasion in any part of the UK.
